MyTripandMore.com transmits an itinerary directly from our reservation system upon ending a passenger name record.

Any changes or additions to the itinerary automatically update the original email.  If you're profile has not been programmed for this feature, you may also access mytripandmore.com and input the 6 character confirmation found at the top right hand part of your invoice or fax for the most up to date version of your itinerary.

Complete our Traveler Profile and your preferences will be stored in our computer reservation system for easy access at the time of reservation.

Airline, Hotel and Car Confirmations
Generally, instant confirmation is made at the time of booking.

Our association with Results Travel (a division of Carlson Wagonlitz) enables us to secure lower that normal corporate rates at hotel around the world.

Pre-reserved seat assignments
Airlines allow approximately 70 percent of airplane seats to be pre-assigned. The remainder of seat assignments are restricted to airport check-in. This includes bulkhead and exit row seats.  Several rows in the front of the plane are restricted for passengers who are paying full coach fares or those that are premium airline frequent members.  Travel By Pathfinders will always make every effort to obtain an advance seat assignment. However, sometimes it is not possible.  If we are not able to pre-assign a seat we do continue to monitor for new availability up until departure.

Travel By Pathfinders subscribes to an Airline Web Site Fare Search Engine that assures that you are advised of the lowest airfares possible (even Web-Only fares).
